;void(0)) Big and beautiful! VBA Moon is a gorgeous filly who was caught from the wild in the Bogong region of the Alpine National Park in Victoria. Moon has a lot of growing to do still and is a gorgeous filly. Moon is quite tall - standing around 14.1hh currently - we expect her to mature around 14.2-3jj in domestic bliss. Moon is a really lovely type of filly and would suit pretty much anything you like - Stockwork, Pony Club, ARC, trail riding or just being someones best friend. A really versatile competition horse prospect. Moon is ready to go under saddle now as she is rising four this year and her temperament so far is outstanding. She is submissive to the older horses and settling well. UPDATE: Moon has progressed so well with her handling so far and now comes up to be caught in her yard after only a week of handling. She is inquisitive and interested in everything and has a tendency to lick us! We are thoroughly enjoying working with Moon - her temperament is outstanding. She is a very clever filly who would make a fabulous mount for someone who enjoys natural horsemanship type work as she is so very keen to learn and be involved.

VBA Bobby is a brown yearling colt who was caught from the wild in the Bogong region of the Alpine National Park in Victoria. Bobby is an absolute sweetheart and came in with his Mum, Breeze (above). Bobby is only quite small and looks like maturing closer to 13.3hh. Of course, given a few years of good nutrition and domestic bliss, he might grow larger, but we do try to be conservative on height. Bobby would suit someone who wants to build a really close bond with their Brumby as he is really looking for guidance. Once he grows up, you could do just about anything with him, but he would be ideally suited to Pony Club ro similar where he will get lots of love and affection. If you are looking for a young horse for your children that they can be safe around, look no further!

VBA Aussie has been professionally started under saddle by Daryl Olney. Aussie was being prepared for the Royal Melbourne Show display last year, so has had extensive training and work done with him in preparation for this event (cancelled due to E.I). Daryl chose Aussie personally due to his exceptional temperament and personality. Aussie is a two year old colt and we expect him to mature around 14.2hh. Aussie has no white, but is an absolute stand out horse, not only in temperament, but in looks. Aussie has taken to being ridden as though he has done it all his life and is a quiet, gentle, responsive colt. Aussie has been ridden out on the roads, out in the paddock, alone and in company and he has taken it all in his stride. Aussie is still with Daryl, but will be ready to go to his new home around the end of February. Take the opportunity to see him whilst he is in training. Aussies purchaser will receive a free lesson with Daryl Olney before he comes home to you. If he is unsold at this point, Aussie will come home to our property in Creswick and be ridden there until we find his forever home. This could be the answer for anyone who has realised how long you will wait to get your new Brumby in with a good trainer - buy one that we prepared earlier!! We are happy to sell Aussie as either a colt or a gelding, depending on the owners requirements. All Brumbies sold by the Victorian Brumby Association are eligible for registration with the Australian Brumby Horse Register. The ABHR is dedicated to furthering the interests of Brumbies in Australia by promoting them as fabulous and useful horses who are an integral part of our heritage. Your Brumby will come with their own Certificate of Authenticity, which enables you to register them with the ABHR. Brumbies registered with the ABHR are eligible to compete in Brumby classes at various Agricultural and Royal show as well as some All breeds shows. The more that you as Brumby owners support these classes by entering them, the more classes we will be able to have at these shows and shows like them.
