Wild Horse Gentling Clnic

Have you ever wondered what our wonderful Brumbies were like when they first arrived from the wild? How we gentle and train them? Here is your chance!

With only six handler positions available (fence sitter positions also available), this intensive one day clinic will be a window into our world! Learn how we judge our Brumbies personalities and modify their training accordingly.

Take part in taking a frightened wild horse on their journey to being a wonderful ‘domestic’.

Watching this transformation is a truly wonderful experience and will help you to understand horses in general and Brumbies in particular. The connection that is formed between these wild horses and their first ever handler is a really special thing to see.

Our six Brumbies for the day will range in age from weanling (6months old or so), through to three year olds and a range of personalities, so you’ll be able to see various gentling methods as well as see how we progress through each training step.
